Community
WE’RE PROUD TO BE HERE
Kentwood brokers and staff take pride in our communities, and work to create deep roots for the locals who live there with hundreds of philanthropic initiatives. At Kentwood Real Estate, we support numerous civic and community endeavors throughout the year. Kentwood brokers and staff demonstrate their commitment to the community by volunteering and supporting local, national and international charities and events.
Kentwood Real Estate is a regular and avid supporter of HomeAid Colorado, an organization devoted to building new lives for Colorado's homeless through housing and community outreach. HomeAid teams up with local home builders, trade partners, real estate entities and homeless service providers to supply essentials and build housing for people in need of a roof over their heads. Kentwood is extremely proud to participate in HomeAid’s annual Builders’ for Babies Diaper Drive and collects diapers and wipes to be distributed to family shelters across the state. The diaper drive is held annually from Mother's Day to Father's Day. If you’re interested, and able to help us with this cause, please consider donating today.
During the Coronavirus and COVID-19 pandemic, Kentwood brokers and staff decided to focus on supporting local first responders, hospital workers and restaurants. We’ve partnered with pizza shop owners to deliver lunch to hungry front-line workers as a way to show support for their hard work and bravery, and to support our local business owners. At Kentwood Real Estate, we’re conducting business with protocols in place to ensure the safety of our clients, brokers and staff, and we want to acknowledge those in our community who are keeping us safe, healthy and fed.
Today, Kentwood Real Estate continues to support numerous civic and community endeavors. Every year, Kentwood and its agents demonstrate their commitment to the community by volunteering and supporting local charities and events. In 2017 and 2018, Kentwood Real Estate participated in the Wash Park Home Tour supporting Steele Elementary School, Metro Cares, Toys for Tots, Mercy Housing, HomeAid Colorado, Be The Gift, Pie in the Sky, LoDo Cares, and the Denver Film Festival. On an individual basis, Kentwood agents support hundreds of nonprofits, charities, civic and community endeavors.
