Andrew has been a licensed
Real Estate Broker for over
fourteen years and an Associate with Kentwood City
Properties for the past seven years. Andrew began his
real estate career in the administrative, systems,
technology and training, until 6 years ago when he
decided to take on the sales side of the business. Andrew
believes the administrative experience in the earlier
part of his career has given him the ability to be a
multi-million dollar producer year after year and the
main reason he feels he can manage his career like a
business.
A native of Colorado and the
Denver
area, Andrew knows the ins
and outs of the Central Denver, Downtown and LoDo real
estate market. His business skills include extensive
marketing and sales as well as a broad list of technology
skills. Andrew prides himself on his ability to work
skillfully with both buyers and sellers equally. He has the expertise to
successfully manage their real estate needs from the
beginning of the process all the way through to the end.
His unparalleled attention to detail, strong negotiation
skills and high level of communication have earned him a
loyal clientele, and countless word-of-mouth
recommendations.
Andrew's most
recent accomplishment has been working with the Mesa
County Habitat for Humanity located in Grand Junction,
Colorado in donating a parcel of his family's land to
build 12 homes. Habitat for Humanity's mission is to
construct simple, affordable, and decent housing in
partnership with families, volunteers, and the community
for people in need. Andrew feels giving back to the
community and the less fortunate is the greatest
accomplishment this business has given him.
Andrew's current
project involvement is working as the exclusive seller's
agent, along with his partner Bill Verdon, on downtown's
only LEED built residential condo development, Welton
Place. This $75 million transit-oriented development is
the first of its kind located in the Park Avenue, Curtis
Park and Five Points neighborhood, right on light rail
and just minutes from upper downtown and the central
business district. The Welton Place development will be
built in three phases with phase one consisting of 11
energy star Townhomes, 24th St. Townhomes and 2300
Welton, 101-2 bedroom & 1 bedroom flats. Prices range
from $248,000 to $775,000.
Andrew's hobbies
include cooking, movies, reading, entertaining with
friends and spending as much time as possible playing
with his two standard poodles, Baldwyn and Bellamy.
